Rev. Bailey Amtower is a passionate and dedicated pastor at LifeBridge UMC since 2021, as well as an elder in the United Methodist Church. She holds a Master of Divinity from Saint Paul’s School of Theology and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and Product Design from Kansas State University. Bailey is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a community that is centered around Christ and to witness the incredible ways that God moves and works in people’s lives. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on KSU and KC sports teams, working out, trying new recipes, and creating cherished memories with friends and family. Bailey's warm and caring nature shines through in all aspects of her life and ministry. 

Pastor Matt Ozment has been the pastor of Monticello since 2022. He earned a Master in Business degree from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master in Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary. An important aspect of faith is to grow in faith together as a community. His favorite passage is James 1:2-4. In his free time, he likes to work out, spend time with his wife and kids, travel, and watch Marvel movies with his son.
